Dao Yin - Chi Gong

Dao Yin Chi Gong is a series of physical exercises, breathing methods and meditation methods that develop the body both internally and externally to increase one's physical health, mental / physical well being and spiritual well being.

The Williams family has been involved in the study and practice of these exercise and healing methods for many years. The Martial Arts Research Institute has been offering these classes since its opening where they have become a mainstay of the curriculum.

The class is designed so that the student will learn a core group of exercises which can be internalized and practiced by the student within their own schedule.
The student can expect some physical excursion in class but in time will feel increases in strength, stamina and overall vigor.
