Stick To It

A fun way to train the brain!
Stick To It! is an innovative, medication-free exercise program for children and adults. This carefully developed, unique sequence of exercises based on a centuries-old Filipino form of martial arts called Kali is designed to improve the function of the cerebellum, a baseball-sized organ in the brain that was believed to control only coordination and balance. New research shows that the cerebellum is the support system of the brain. Pathways from the cerebellum lead to other parts of the brain that govern attention, memory, concentration, reading and other executive functions important to success in school and at the workplace. Stick To It! is a fun way to train your brain and to learn an art that is centuries old.
